1.  ADVANCES - STATE GRANT PROGRAMS (Prop 68/Specified/HCF)

 Important – Reimbursements Before an Advance: If you have eligible costs to be reimbursed, submit the reimbursement request before or at the same time as the advance request. The reimbursement will be processed first. Once the advance is issued, all subsequent eligible costs will be applied toward clearing the advance.
