2025 Information
All new participants MUST complete a tryout in order to participate (even if you have been a JG in another program).
The 2026 tryout dates will be selected and posted no later than March 1, 2026.

The tryout consits of:
- 100 yard swim in under 3 minutes
- 10 yard underwater swim
- 3 minutes of treading water.
