What is FOCUS?
FOCUS is the Learning Management System for California State Parks.
The new system combines the data tracking of the Employee Training Management System (ETMS) with online learning.
Aspire is our own platform for submitting internal rosters and sending Instructor Requests.

What about the ETMS?
The data from the ETMS was saved and archived, the system is no longer functioning for data entry.
After FOCUS is live for a while, ETMS will be turned off completely.
Obtaining Pre-FOCUS Training Records
For access to training records pre-FOCUS please contact FOCUS@parks.ca.gov
This includes from the Employee Training Management System and prior records still maintained by the Training Section.
