Nonprofit Operator Annual Reports

Pursuant to Public Resources Code (PRC) Sec 5080.42, nonprofit organizations operating a unit, units, or portion of a unit of the state park system under this statute shall annually submit a written report to the department regarding their operating activities during the prior year. Additionally, the Department shall provide a biennial report to the Legislature on the status of the operating agreements it has entered into pursuant to PRC 5080.42.
