Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Sonoma Coast State Park

Train / Learn: Surf Rescue, First Aid & CPR (no certification), Lifesaving Techniques, Marine Ecology, Oceanography, Resource Conservation.
Enjoy: Surf and Beach games, Competition, Swimming, Running, Bodysurfing, Surfing Snorkeling, and General fitness.
Activities Include: Sonoma County Sheriff Aviation Unit, Bodega Bay Fire, Fish and Game presentation and more.

Minimum Skill Requirements
Swim 100 yards under (time maximum)
- 11 and Under: 3 minutes 30 seconds
- 12-13 years: 3 minutes
- 14 and Over: 2 minutes 15 seconds
Swim 5 yards underwater (in fewer than 3 attempts)
Tread water for 3 minutes
Registration Information
Four Week JG Session $600 per student.
First come, first served. Space held with COMPLETE payment only. Fill out all applications and pay online. Online registration available April 12
Uniform rash guard ($20) and tee shirt ($15) will be a required purchase, optional Red JG Hoodie is $45 extra. Full Wetsuit required
