Emeryville Crescent State Marine Reserve is at the south end of McLaughlin Eastshore State Park, located along 8.5 miles of the San Francisco Bay shoreline just west of Highway I-80 (the Eastshore Freeway) and Highway I-580. There is a parking lot at the far west end of Powell Street in Emeryville.
